Rogers Communications has completed its buyout of the final 37.5 percent stake in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment from Kilmer Sports for $4.35 billion.
The deal makes Rogers the only owner of MLSE.
This move increases Rogers' oversight across the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and various teams within the company's athletic portfolio.
Multiple outlets confirmed the finalised transaction on Monday.
Rogers previously kept a controlling stake in MLSE alongside Kilmer Sports.
