Police in South Wales detained an 18-year-old on Monday for a lethal hit. Officers say a car rammed a cyclist on a quiet street near Newport. The victim lost life on site. The driver left the car close by, returned, and and drove off again. A man in the car was rushed to hospital carrying injuries. Cops also took another suspect into custody over a caravan death case. They released him but imposed strict terms. He must stay home and report weekly.
