Brittany Hockley experienced an awkward moment on Wednesday while interviewing American celebrities Kim Kardashian, Glenn Close, and Niecy Nash-Betts. The 38-year-old podcaster sat down with the Hollywood icons to discuss their new show, All's Fair, but seemed to struggle recalling their names.
In a video shared on Instagram, Brittany appeared to be reading the stars' names from a paper before beginning the interview.
“Kim Kardashian, Glenn Close, Niecy Nash-Betts,” she said, glancing down at the sheet before starting the conversation about their legal drama series.
During the interview, Brittany asked the trio what a "red flag" in a relationship meant to them. Kim Kardashian, 45, responded with humor:
“What isn't these days?”
Niecy Nash-Betts, 55, added:
“I was about to say, if they're breathing.”
The Daily Mail reached out to Brittany's representatives for comment. This interview comes amid Brittany and her co-host Laura Byrne announcing a major career change after departing from the Australian Radio Network (ARN).
The two friends and business partners have signed with Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) and will leave ARN by year's end.
