Acclaimed actress and producer Dame Helen Mirren will be honored with the 2026 Cecil B. DeMille Award, as announced by the Golden Globes on Wednesday.
The award will be presented during the new annual primetime special Golden Eve, which will celebrate recipients of both the Cecil B. DeMille and Carol Burnett Awards. The televised event will air on the CBS Television Network and stream on Paramount+.

Viola Davis and Ted Danson were recipients of the 2025 Cecil B. DeMille and Carol Burnett Awards, respectively.
Mirren’s illustrious career spans decades, with standout performances in The Queen, The Madness of King George, Red, the Fast & Furious series, Gosford Park, Trumbo and Hitchcock.
Established in 1952, the Cecil B. DeMille Award honors the legendary filmmaker. Over the years, 69 artists have received the distinction, including Walt Disney, Audrey Hepburn, Sidney Poitier, Elizabeth Taylor, Robert Redford, Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks, and Oprah Winfrey.
