On Sunday, 9 November 2025, the community is invited to join dignitaries from Hammersmith & Fulham Council to honor the service and sacrifice of the armed forces at Remembrance Sunday events in Shepherds Bush and Fulham.
The services commemorate the moment at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918 when the First World War ended and peace was declared across Europe. They also recognize sacrifices made during the Second World War and subsequent conflicts.
The procession will include local Army reservists and cadets, the Burma Star Association, faith leaders, Hammersmith Scout groups, Metropolitan Police and London Fire Brigade cadets, St John Ambulance, and various community groups.
Leading the parade will be piper Fergus Collington with Thames Fanfare Brass.
This event is a communal opportunity to remember and respect those who served and sacrificed for freedom.
