The Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) Undertaking has introduced extensive updates to its bus network starting November 1. These changes include new routes, route adjustments, cancellations of some segments, and upgrading several routes to air-conditioned buses to enhance passenger comfort and efficiency.
One of the new routes is [translate:A-101], running between the World Trade Center and [translate:Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus]. This route links important city locations such as [translate:G D Somani Road], [translate:President Hotel], [translate:Colaba], [translate:Hutatma Rajguru Chowk], and [translate:Madame Cama Road]. It operates six days a week, Monday through Saturday. The return journey passes through landmarks including [translate:Hutatma Chowk], [translate:Veer Nariman Road], and [translate:Churchgate] to improve connectivity in South Mumbai.
BEST is also upgrading some routes to air-conditioned service to improve passenger comfort.
