The animated series is set in the winter of 1985 in Hawkins, where Eleven and her friends—Mike, Max, Lucas, Dustin, Will, and Hopper—investigate a new supernatural mystery. The show captures the nostalgic tone of the era while introducing a fresh visual style through animation.
Production Team
Tales From '85 is led by showrunner Eric Robles alongside Stranger Things creators Matt and Ross Duffer. Netflix released an announcement trailer that includes early concept art and short animated scenes.
