Labor Wants You to Be Ashamed of Our Australian Flag 🇦🇺
I want to begin by expressing my regret for the comments made by Senator Dolega and the offensive accusations directed at coalition senators and members. According to Labor, it now seems to be an offense to drape oneself in the Australian flag and show pride in it.
I'll accept that interjection, Senator Dolega. You criticized some of us for daring to wear the Australian flag as a symbol of pride in our country. How can you claim that this is dog whistling?

Many people desire to live in Australia because it is a great country with one of the most successful migration histories worldwide. We are a proud nation of migrants.
Our multicultural identity includes those who have lived here for thousands of years — Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders — as well as those who arrived decades ago and recent arrivals. Our multiculturalism is a hallmark of our success.
