Avengers: Doomsday Trailer May Debut with Avatar: Fire and Ash

The first trailer for Marvel’s upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday is expected to arrive this December alongside the release of James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash. According to multiple sources cited by Collider, the preview is planned to be attached to the new installment of Disney’s blockbuster franchise when it opens in theaters on December 19, 2025.

Collider reports that “the first footage from the MCU's next big team-up film is scheduled to be attached to the latest installment of one of Disney's other blockbuster franchises, Avatar: Fire and Ash.”

However, Collider also notes that these plans could still change before the film’s release date. Avengers: Doomsday itself is scheduled to premiere almost a year later, on December 18, 2026. As of publication, Disney has not commented on the report.

Production and Cast Details

Filming for Avengers: Doomsday concluded in September, but few confirmed details about the story are known. The movie is set to unite the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, and the original cinematic X-Men for the first time on screen.
