The Hong Kong Sixes 2025 promises three days of thrilling cricket at Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground in Mong Kok from November 7 to 9. Returning for its 21st edition, the tournament features its signature six-a-side, six-over-per-innings format, blending aggressive batting, sharp fielding, and nonstop excitement.
Matches feature two teams of six players each, with every player except the wicketkeeper bowling one over. One player can bowl twice. Each innings consists of six overs (36 balls), and batters must retire not out upon reaching 50 runs, but they can return if all other wickets fall.
“When five wickets are lost, the last batter continues with a runner, and the innings ends after the sixth wicket.”
The event resumed in 2024 after a seven-year pause and continues to be one of the most exciting and innovative spectacles in cricket.
The Hong Kong Sixes 2025 returns with 12 international teams competing in a fast-paced, six-a-side cricket format across three days of nonstop action in Mong Kok.
