About the Tournament
Established in the 1990s, the Hong Kong Sixes provides an exciting platform for Hong Kong’s cricket fans to watch international stars, despite Hong Kong being only an ICC Associate Member. Unlike isolated exhibition matches, it developed into an annual event where players participate freely with the approval of their cricket boards.
The Sixes ran from 1993 to 1997, returned from 2001 to 2012, briefly reappeared in 2017, and was relaunched in 2024.
