On her SiriusXM radio show, former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly launched a fierce criticism of the Republican Party after its losses in recent elections across the United States. She described Tuesday’s results as a “total and complete disaster.”
“How are you feeling this morning — like shit? Yeah, I can relate,” Kelly said. “The Republican party needs to get its shit together ASAP ... They enjoy being embattled, losing, and complaining — they love it. They do it really well.”
Kelly argued that despite President Donald Trump’s strength, many Republicans still lack direction and leadership when he is not actively guiding them.
“Donald Trump is strong. Republicans don’t know how to win. They don’t know who to run, they don’t know what to do when Daddy’s not there to fly them across the finish line,” she added.
The 2025 elections served as the first major political test of President Trump’s second term. The outcomes were seen as unfavorable for the GOP, with Democrats securing key victories nationwide.
These results have reportedly led several high-profile Republicans, including Texas Senator, to express frustration and call for changes within the party.
Megyn Kelly blasted the GOP for failing to capitalize on political momentum during Trump’s second term, calling their recent election losses a sign of deep internal weakness.
