Kourtney Kardashian has introduced a new line of wellness products—colostrum gummies and a liquid creamer—under her brand Lemme. The launch quickly attracted attention across the health and lifestyle community.
The campaign features a playful twist, with Kim Kardashian humorously pretending to sue Kourtney for not sharing the product earlier. The gummies are priced at about ₹2,700 (USD 30), while the liquid version costs roughly ₹2,200 (USD 25). Both are formulated with colostrum, vitamin D3, lactoferrin, and MCT oil, and are promoted as supporting gut health and immune strength.
Colostrum is the first form of milk produced after childbirth, packed with proteins, antibodies, and growth factors that strengthen a newborn’s immune system. Most supplements use bovine colostrum, which is derived from cow’s milk and contains immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, and antioxidants.
Dr Nishmita R, Consultant in Geriatric Medicine at SPARSH Hospital, Bangalore, explained that colostrum is gaining popularity among adults for its potential to boost immunity, improve digestive health, and support recovery after illness. However, she advised that it should be used with caution and only when truly needed.
Kourtney Kardashian's colostrum-based supplements spark both enthusiasm and caution, merging wellness trends with scientific scrutiny over safety and true effectiveness.
