Early last month, Intel introduced its "Panther Lake" series of mobile processors, featuring up to 16 CPU cores distributed across four P-Cores, eight E-Cores, and an additional four-core LPE cluster. Thanks to Intel leaker @jaykihn0, details on the clock speeds of these mobile CPUs have emerged.
The flagship Core Ultra X9 388H processor is expected to reach a CPU turbo boost of up to 5.1 GHz. This is notable considering these SoCs include 16 CPU cores and 12 Xe3 GPU cores, although the GPU frequency remains unrevealed. Top SKUs can be configured with a TDP of up to 80 W or limited to 65 W based on OEM preferences. At stock, both the PTH-H and PTL-U configurations are anticipated to operate within a 25 W TDP.
