The first quarter ended with the Grizzlies trailing 42-30 after New York scored 12 straight points, with the run continuing into the second quarter.
The Knicks went on a 19-0 run overall and haven't trailed since.
Memphis will look to bounce back in their next game on November 12 against the Boston Celtics.
