A Dubliner, Paul Cullen, is taking a dip in the Irish Sea every day in January to raise awareness for mental health.
Despite admitting he's "not a strong swimmer", Cullen is committed to his challenge at Dublin's Bull Wall to raise funds for Jigsaw, a charity supporting young people's mental health.

Cullen was inspired by the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) report, which highlighted concerns over access to safe and effective mental health services for children.
