Skyharbour’s Partner North Shore Uranium Completes Prospecting Program
Skyharbour Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce that its partner company, North Shore Uranium, has completed a prospecting program at the Falcon Property.
The Falcon Property is located at the eastern margin of the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan. North Shore may acquire an initial 80% interest in Falcon by issuing common shares and incurring exploration expenditures.
- Aggregate value of common shares: CAD $1,225,000
- Aggregate cash payments to Skyharbour: $525,000
- Aggregate exploration expenditures: $3,550,000
Significant radioactivity has been discovered in outcrops and boulders at the Falcon Project.
