Windows 10 has reached its End of Life on October 14, 2025, but users can extend its lifespan with the Extended Security Updates (ESU) program.
To enroll, users can click "Enroll now" on the Windows Update page, link their Microsoft account, and sync Settings to OneDrive. However, users in the EU only require a Microsoft account for free Windows 10 ESU.

- US users: can use Microsoft Rewards points (1,000) to sign up for Windows 10 ESU
- Alternate option: subscribe to $30 ESU
