Humanities+ Series: The Science of a Super Life
Murray State University's Humanities+ Series continues with a presentation by Dr. Esther Malm from the Department of Psychology.
The event, titled "The Science of a Super Life: Applying Longevity Principles for Success," will be held in Faculty Hall Room 208 and is free and open to the public.
Dr. Malm's talk will focus on lessons from "Blue Zones," areas where people live longer and healthier lives, often reaching 100 years or more with lower rates of chronic diseases.
- Research by Dan Buettner from National Geographic has identified five such zones worldwide.
