Kosciusko BZA Approves Mineral Extraction In Ag District For North Webster Business
The Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals approved a North Webster business extracting minerals in an agricultural district with a 3-1 vote.
A meeting was held on Tuesday, Oct. 14, where Sterling Contracting, North Webster, presented a petition for an exception for mineral extraction in an agricultural district.
The property is located on the north side of CR 500N, west of CR 850E, North Webster.
