Patients Sue Jay Hospital Over Alleged 'Degrading' Photos
Three clients have filed lawsuits against Jay Hospital and Baptist Healthcare, alleging that hospital employees took and shared photos of them without consent while they were under medical care.
According to Zarzaur Law, the firm representing the clients, the photos were shared on social media. The firm is offering a $5,000 reward for verified evidence of the photos.
The law firm's investigation "has revealed deeply troubling details about the conduct of hospital staff and the hospital's subsequent response".
- In February 2025, hospital employees allegedly entered patient rooms and took unauthorized photos while patients were asleep or heavily medicated.
Zarzaur Law is seeking justice for the clients, who were allegedly subjected to degrading treatment by hospital staff.
