Jack Westren, 25, died from a stab wound on January 28 near the Shellharbour Junction train station at Dunmore.
Police have upgraded charges against five teenagers to murder in relation to his death.

- A 15-year-old boy was charged with murder and possessing an unauthorised pistol, a gel blaster.
- Six other teenagers were charged with offences related to the events of January 28.
