The graphic novel "Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees" is being adapted into a storytelling game where players take on the roles of animals trying to protect their dark secrets.
The game is based on the comic written and illustrated by Patrick Hovarth, which follows Samantha Strong, a murderous bear living in the town of Woodbury, and is published by IDW Comics.
In the game, 1-6 players take on the roles of different citizens in Woodbury, such as Cybil Montgomery the Parakeet Palm Reader or Tommy Turnbuckle the turtle postman.
The game has launched on Kickstarter, featuring beautiful artwork with a unique blend of children's book style and dark, off-putting details.
