Cheryl Hines, the wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is on a press tour promoting her memoir, Unscripted.
Last year, during Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s presidential run, he was asked if he would be willing to become Donald Trump's running mate. He replied,
"I don't think that my marriage would survive it,"citing his marriage to Cheryl Hines, who added,
"I think he's right."
Although Kennedy did not become Trump's running mate, he later endorsed Trump, and his marriage seems to have survived. On a recent episode of The View, Hines defended her husband against criticism of his spread of health misinformation and supported his qualifications to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.
