Incident at F.E. Warren Air Force Base
An active-duty airman was found dead at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming, marking the fourth death of an airman associated with the base since mid-July.
The airman, assigned to the 90th Missile Wing, was not identified and an investigation is underway, with no known threat to the community.
“It is with deep sadness that we face the loss of a member of the Mighty Ninety, and on behalf of our entire team, I offer my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the lost individual,” said Col., the wing’s commander.
- This incident is the fourth deadly incident involving base personnel in the last four months.
- The base is cooperating with the investigation.
