Shore Medical Center Names Employees of the Month
Shore Medical Center has announced its Employees of the Month for August and September: Deborah Oatman and Christina Shiffler, RN.
The awards recognize outstanding service and exemplification of the organization's mission, vision, and values.
August Employee of the Month: Deborah Oatman
Deborah Oatman, a resident of Egg Harbor Township, was named Employee of the Month for August. Oatman has been working at Shore Medical Center since 2002, initially as a registrar in the Emergency Department.
Her career path includes:
- 2002: Began working as a registrar in the Emergency Department
- 2011: Transferred to the role of health unit coordinator
- March 2020: Transitioned to her current role as a night shift HUC/telemetry technician
