A caravan park was cordoned off by police for around two hours due to concerns about a potential unexploded ordnance.
Police officers were called to the Jubilee Terrace area of Findochty at around 1:15 pm. The specific location was the Findochty Caravan Park.
Bomb disposal experts attended the scene and found the item to be "not viable".
The object was then safely removed.
