A Tottenham official has traveled to South America to negotiate a potential €100m deal for River Plate's Lautaro Rivero.
According to Spanish journalist Pascual Ruiz Arnal, both Tottenham Hotspur and Atlético Madrid are interested in the 21-year-old Argentine centre-back.
