Athlete of the Week: Rhyley Rogers
Franklin Central's Rhyley Rogers excels in girls soccer, contributing to her team's sectional championship win.
Rogers, a sophomore forward, is the leading scorer with 18 goals this season. In three sectional games, she scored seven goals, including two hat tricks.
