Alaska Lawmakers Urge Governor to Create Long-Term Recovery Plan
Alaska legislative leaders are calling on Governor Mike Dunleavy to develop a long-term recovery plan for thousands of evacuees displaced by former Typhoon Halong.
Legislative leadership commended the administration's rescue and evacuation efforts, stating they "were just the first step in a very long recovery effort."
