President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Kazakhstan's rescuers on their professional holiday, highlighting the importance of the civil protection system.
The first article of our Constitution declares that a person and their life are the highest values of the state. Every employee in the field of civil protection works selflessly for the safety of the country and the well-being of our citizens.
According to Tokayev, being a rescuer means being constantly ready for any emergency and saving lives regardless of danger, which is
a very noble and responsible mission. The President noted that rescuers played a crucial role during natural disasters, including floods and large-scale forest fires in Kostanay, Semey, and other regions.
