Married Marine Officers Complete Training
Cheyanne and Donald Reichard, who graduated a week apart from Officer Candidate School, drew strength from knowing the other was close by.
After completing Marine Officer Candidates School, Donald Reichard pinned second lieutenant bars on his wife, Cheyanne, a fellow OCS graduate.
The couple aims to become Marine Corps judge advocates and expect to attend The Basic School next fall or in early 2027.
- Donald, 28, served as a Navy corpsman for over 8 years before joining the Corps.
- He started training 5 weeks before his wife and dropped her off at OCS for the Platoon Leaders Class.
Knowing the other was close by gave them strength during the challenging training.
