Notorious conman Albert Walker, 80, has been denied parole again in British Columbia despite recommendations.
Walker, known as The Rolex Killer in Britain, was convicted of murder and has a history of scamming millions from his friends and neighbours in Paris, Ontario.
“You will … present an undue risk to society if released on day parole and your release will not contribute to the protection of society,”
says a report by the Parole Board of Canada. Walker first gained fame as a smooth-talking scammer before fleeing to England with his 15-year-old daughter.
