Studio Q-Prism Project Promotes 2SLGBTQ Inclusion in Prince Albert

A new initiative in Prince Albert's downtown area is dedicated to providing inclusive teaching for the 2SLGBTQ community.

Studio Q and the Prism Project describe themselves as a

'queerative space to explore art and foster creativity, community and allyship.'

The project was founded by Alex Powalinsky and Lisa Halsall of All My Relations Photography and All My Relations Creative Connections.

Located on Central Avenue, the Prism Project is hosted by the West Flat Citizens Group, with Powalinsky serving as project manager.

According to Powalinsky, the idea for the project originated from a conversation with the Prince Albert Urban Indigenous Coalition.
