2027: Warning to Jonathan
The Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu, Abdulaziz Abdulaziz, has downplayed speculations about the return of former President Goodluck Jonathan to active politics in 2027.
According to Abdulaziz, Jonathan's previous defeat as a sitting president shows he poses no political threat.
Somebody who was defeated while he was a sitting President, there is nothing he can do now. Maybe he can come and try his luck. It is the beauty of democracy. Anybody can decide to contest.
Abdulaziz insisted that Jonathan's possible return does not bother anyone, including Tinubu.
