Kraus-Anderson Completes $3.5 Million Renovation of Clover Shopping Center
Kraus-Anderson has finished a $3.5 million renovation of the Clover Shopping Center in Bloomington.

The project included demolition and reconstruction of the exterior with new features such as signage, storefronts, and sidewalks. Construction began in October 2024.
Clover Shopping Center has added Salons by JC as its newest tenant, with an 8,123-square-foot salon that opened on September 30.
Kraus-Anderson developed and built Clover Center, Bloomington’s first shopping center, in the late 1950s.
The original site was owned by the Oxborough family, among the original settlers of Bloomington.
