Toddler Reunites with Family After Lawmakers Intervene
A 3-year-old Alabama girl, Kionni Haugen, has been reunited with her family after her mother, Haley Harris, allegedly abducted her and fled to Mexico.
According to investigators, Harris was tracked using her cell phone data, but Mexican officials initially refused to release Kionni back to the United States.

Kionni's father, Bryce Haugen, reported that the incident began on September 21, when Harris arrived at his house attempting to take the 3-year-old.
