Movie Review: ‘Bugonia’
The Greek director Yorgos Lanthimos reunites with Emma Stone and Jesse Plemons for a remake of a Korean movie about a conspiracy theorist.
Emma Stone stars as Michelle in ‘Bugonia’, a Focus Features release, where Jesse Plemons plays Teddy, a man convinced that extraterrestrials from Andromeda have been destroying the human race and kidnaps a woman he believes is one of the aliens.
The movie’s cast also includes Alicia Silverstone, Marc T. Lewis and Stavros Halkias.
‘Bugonia’ will be in theaters on October 31st.
Directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, known for ‘Poor Things’.
