Mushroom murderer Erin Patterson never expected anyone to survive lunch - former cop

Erin Patterson: The Mushroom Murderer

Former Australian police detective Duncan McNab shared his insights on Erin Patterson, who poisoned her family members with a beef wellington spiked with death-cap mushrooms.

I've met some killers in my time, and some of them just view other people as an inconvenience, a trouble to be removed.

McNab stated that Patterson never expected anyone to survive the deadly lunch, particularly Ian Wilkinson. He told RNZ's Saturday Morning:

The case of Erin Patterson is one of the most notorious in recent history, alongside other serial killers in the US Pacific Northwest in the 1970s.
