Jake Patterson, Former London Knights Goalie, Dies at 31
Patterson, a Sault Ste. Marie native, played key roles in back-to-back OHL championships and is remembered for his talent in goal and generosity of spirit.
The hockey community is mourning the loss of Jake Patterson, who died suddenly on Oct. 16 at 31, leaving behind his son Luca, stepdaughter Brooklyn, and wife Jami.
Patterson developed through local programs, including the Sault Ste. Marie North Stars and Soo Greyhounds AAA programs, where his skill and composure in goal stood out at a young age.
