Cubs score five unanswered goals to spoil the debut of the Voodoos' new black third jersey.
The Greater Sudbury Cubs won 7-2 over the Powassan Voodoos in Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League action Friday at the Powassan Sportsplex.
The Cubs’ Nolan Newton scored midway through the first period, and Kaedyn Long made it 2-0 Cubs. Powassan cut the deficit with a goal from Cayden Kowal.
