Tom Aspinall Reveals Scenario for Vacating UFC Title
Tom Aspinall, the current UFC heavyweight champion, has disclosed a situation in which he would relinquish his title.
Aspinall is set to make his first title defense against Ciryl Gane on October 25, after being promoted to undisputed champion following Jon Jones' refusal to fight him.
Prior to this, Aspinall won the interim UFC heavyweight title against Sergei Pavlovich in November 2023 and successfully defended it against Curtis Blaydes in Manchester.
With a dominant run in the division, Aspinall faces Gane at UFC 321 in Abu Dhabi, while new contenders emerge, including Ante Delija, who recently broke into the top 10 UFC heavyweight rankings.
Aspinall has almost cleaned out the division ahead of facing Gane.
