Wealthsimple Announces $750 Million Equity Round
Wealthsimple, Canada's leading financial innovator, has signed an equity round of up to CAD $750 million at a post-money valuation of CAD $10 billion.
The round includes a $550 million primary offering and a secondary offering of up to $200 million, co-led by Dragoneer Investment Group and GIC.
