Elon Musk's Grokipedia, a rival to Wikipedia, launched after a brief crash, sparking controversy over its content.
The website, which contains over 885,000 articles, aims to be "a massive improvement over Wikipedia" according to Musk.
Musk declared the project will be "a necessary step towards the xAI goal of understanding the Universe."
However, Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales called Musk's claims "factually incorrect".
- The launch was delayed to "purge out the propaganda", but some entries are nearly identical to Wikipedia's.
