The Last Witch Hunter Sequel
A sequel to The Last Witch Hunter is happening due to "enduring enthusiasm" for the first film.
Despite being a critically panned 2015 box office underwhelmer, The Last Witch Hunter sequel is moving forward at Lionsgate.
Vin Diesel, who starred as immortal knight Kaulder, shared an update on the sequel's progress on Instagram, saying:
Ten year anniversary! A decade ago, this weekend, Kaulder was first introduced… this year you have resurrected him…
The sequel, titled The Last Witch Hunter 2: The Lion’s Oath, is eyeing a 2026 release date.
