Grad Profile: Overcoming Math Challenges
Abdelaziz Elherbawy, who initially struggled with math, found his footing in his third year and went on to graduate with Honours in Mathematics and Economics.
As
Kenneth Conradnotes, Abdelaziz's journey is a testament to perseverance. During the Canadian Thanksgiving last fall, while many students were relaxing, Abdelaziz was anxious about the status of his Honours application.
His concerns have since dissipated, as he prepares to graduate with a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Mathematics and Economics. The worries stemmed from applying to the Honours program later than usual, in his fourth year.
