Kenneth Conradnotes, Abdelaziz's journey is a testament to perseverance. During the Canadian Thanksgiving last fall, while many students were relaxing, Abdelaziz was anxious about the status of his Honours application.
His concerns have since dissipated, as he prepares to graduate with a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Mathematics and Economics. The worries stemmed from applying to the Honours program later than usual, in his fourth year.
