OHSU Faces Cost Pressures Amid Union Demands
Oregon Health & Science University is struggling with cost pressures as unions representing 11,100 employees push for better contracts.
A unit of 700 employees, including physician associates, nurse practitioners, and certified nurse midwives, has authorized a strike against the university if a fair contract is not offered.
We're just trying to level the playing field
