The Northern Gaels team has brought the McHale Cup to Mount Palmer NS.
A launch event for the Killala Energy Plan is scheduled for November 1.
James Carr, a well-known Mayo and Ardagh senior footballer, will travel to Uganda next month to support the charity Self Help Africa as part of the Plant the Planet Games.
James will be one of fifty well-known GAA stars who will plant one million trees in Africa over a period of time.
The tree planting initiative will provide a valuable source of food, restore degraded land, improve soil quality, and prevent soil erosion, leaving a lasting legacy for the Ugandan population.
James has set up a fundraising page at https://www.idonate.ie/fundraiser/jamescarr3 and appreciates all donations, big or small.
Additionally, there was no outright winner in Ardagh GAA Club's monthly lotto draw, with the numbers 14, 3, 8, and 15 being drawn.
