David Letterman Responds to Jimmy Kimmel's Suspension
David Letterman called Jimmy Kimmel's ABC suspension a "misery" after the network pulled his broadcast due to comments about Charlie Kirk.
"This is misery,"
Letterman said in an interview at The Atlantic Festival 2025, adding,
"I feel bad about this."
He also criticized Donald Trump's administration, calling it an
"authoritarian criminal administration"and stating that you can't fire someone for being fearful or trying to appease such an administration.
