Alleged Assassin of Charlie Kirk Makes Unusual Request
Tyler Robinson, accused of assassinating conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, has made a request through his lawyers ahead of a court hearing.
Robinson's lawyers argue that if the request is not met, it could hinder the possibility of a fair trial. Robinson was arrested for the alleged assassination of Kirk, who was shot and killed on September 10 while speaking at a Utah Valley University event.
A massive manhunt ensued, and the FBI announced an arrest less than two days later. Robinson has been charged with seven offenses, including aggravated murder and obstruction of justice.
